I started this project in late 2019 after I came across the ADT-Link thunderbolt to Pcie adaptor. I firstly tested everything to make sure they all work fine and then start the design.

The hardware contains an ADT-Link thunderbolt to Pcie adaptor, an AMD r9 nano and a 200W dell power supply.

First, I laser cut all the side panels out of wood and fit all the component together.

From this view we can have a glimpse of how compact the whole case was. The plastic outer shell of the power supply was taken off for better cooling and to get more mounting holes. The entire case was held together not only by the side panels but also the power supply and the GPU themselves.

After all the side panels were mounted, some pressures test was performed to justify the overall cooling of the system.
